Matthew Wilkinson, President & CEO
Mr. Wilkinson has served as Add-Vision’s President & CEO since 2001, and is a co-founder of Add-Vision’s P-OLED display business. Mr. Wilkinson directs the company’s strategic direction and focus and manages all aspects of corporate planning. With over 10 years of experience in flexible display technologies, Mr. Wilkinson is one of the earliest pioneers in flexible printed P-OLED display technology for the low-resolution display and specialty lighting markets. Prior to Add-Vision, Mr. Wilkinson had successful engagements in the telecommunications and disk drive industries, and brings over 20 years of experience in Research & Development, New Production Introduction, and Operations Management. Mr. Wilkinson is co-author of several patents in printed flexible OLEDs and displays, and is a graduate in Physics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.



Robert E. Wood, II, Chairman
Mr. Wood has been actively involved in Add-Vision since May 1996. He is a 37-year industry veteran having served in executive roles as Vice President of Marketing for Sears, Roebuck and Co., Chairman of Sears Consumer Financial Corporation, and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Dean Witter, Discover & Co. He most recently retired as an Executive Vice President with Morgan Stanley, Dean Witter. Mr. Wood is a graduate of Princeton University.

Dr. David Fyfe
Dr Fyfe is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cambridge Display Technology (“CDT”). As a 30-year veteran of the global chemical and engineering industries, he is experienced in managing commercial enterprises and has extensive expertise in negotiating Joint Ventures, acquisitions and partnerships. Previous positions include senior executive roles in companies on both sides of the Atlantic, including ICI and BF Goodrich. Dr. Fyfe holds a BA and MA from Cambridge University in Natural Sciences and a PhD in electrochemistry.

Dr. Scott Brown
Dr. Brown is the VP of Research & Development and Commercial (Partnerships) at CDT as well as Executive VP of Sumation, CDT's joint venture with Sumitomo Chemical.  Dr. Brown previously worked for Dow Corning Corp. having joined in 1987 as a Research Scientist, eventually being promoted to Global R&D Director for Dow Corning's Electronics Business. Dr. Brown holds a doctorate degree in Chemistry from the University of Exeter and an MBA from Oxford Brookes University. 

Terry Ward
Mr. Ward has served as a Director on the Board at Add-Vision since 1999. Throughout the last 30 years, Mr. Ward has served as the Chairman, CFO, VP and Director of the Investment Policy Committee of W.S. Farish & Company, a private trust company. He has also served as Treasurer of the William Stamps Farish Fund, which is one of the 10 largest private foundations in Texas. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and graduated Cum Laude in Economics from Rice University.

Marty Sukle
Mr. Sukle joined Add-Vision's board of directors in May 2008 and is currently CFO at Alps Investment Research, LLC which serves as the General Partner of Alps Information Technology Fund, LP. Mr. Sukle's core experience is growing early stage information technology companies in the areas of optoelectronics, wireless communications, and internet infrastructure and services, and is actively involved in forming strategic partnerships between Alps Electric and its portfolio companies. Prior to joining Alps, Mr. Sukle held various positions at Fujitsu America, Inc. and KPMG. At KPMG, he specialized in the areas of tax and accounting for information technology companies.
