Laboratory Technicians – Printing R&D and Pilot Process (2 positions):
Provide tech support in a R&D lab. Need experience in procedures used in semiconductor processing equipment.
 
Preferred Qualifications:     
  • AS degree or higher preferred
  • 4+ years of industrial experience in a R&D environment
  • Experience in clean room environments, procedures and analysis equipment used in semiconductor processing
  • Experience in flex circuit, graphic arts, organic electronics, OLED
 
Scientist #1 - White Printed P-OLED:
A senior experimental R&D position focused on R&D of printed white-emitting polymer OLEDs, including: light emitting polymer and charge transport materials formulations, device and process improvements. This position will include direct involvement with a broad spectrum of novel LEP materials from world-leading suppliers, new device structures, novel fabrication processes, characterization, and data analysis as well as the opportunity to design and conduct experiments exploring new materials, device structures and processes while creating new IP. 
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in Materials Science, E.E., Physics or Chemistry
  • 3+ years experience in organic or polymer electronics, OLEDs, polymer science, device physics, OLED/PLED degradation mechanisms, printed electronics or related fields
  • Demonstrated track record of innovation, accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Experience in analytic equipment used in semiconductor processing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
 
Scientist #2 - Advanced Printing Process and OLED Device R&D:
A senior experimental R&D position focused on developing advanced printing processes and materials for flexible polymer OLEDs, including: print process development, ink formulations, device fabrication and testing. This position will include direct involvement with external equipment supply partners and the opportunity to design and conduct experiments exploring new deposition equipment, device structures and processes while creating new IP. 
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS or Ph.D. in Materials Science, E.E., Physics or Chemistry
  • 3+ years experience in printing, ink formulations, organic electronics, novel solution deposition processes, OLED processing, or related fields
  • Demonstrated track record of innovation, accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Knowledge of polymer thin film characterization.
  • Experience in procedures and analytic equipment used in semiconductor processing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently with external partners.
 
Scientist #3 - Printed P-OLED Cathode R&D:
A senior R&D position focused on developing advanced printed cathodes for printed P-OLED devices. This will include formulations, device experiments, electrical and physical characterization and IP development in the critical area of printed cathode technologies for new air stable flexible P-OLED devices.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS or Ph.D. in Materials Science, E.E., Physics or Chemistry
  • 3+ years experience in printing, conductive ink formulations, nanomaterials, novel solution deposition processes, OLED processing, or related fields
  • Demonstrated track record of innovation, accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Knowledge of electrical and solution characterization
  • Experience with analytic equipment used in print industry and semiconductor processing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
 
Process Engineer – R&D and Pilot Line:
A senior experimental R&D position focused on supporting and improving polymer OLED display processing and encapsulation technology. This position will include direct involvement with flexible OLED display processing, flexible encapsulation, materials, characterization, and data analysis. 
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. or MS  in Materials Science, E.E., Physics or Chemistry
  • 3+ years experience in organic or polymer electronics, OLEDs, polymer science, device physics, OLED/PLED degradation mechanisms, printed electronics, novel semiconductor processing or related fields
  • Experience with analytic equipment used in semiconductor processing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Strong mechanical and equipment design skills are a big plus
  • Good understanding of important concepts involved in high volume manufacturing such as yields, tact time, statistical process control are also a big plus
  • Ability to interact effectively with outside partners and suppliers.
